I have been going there since 1993. They have amazing vets and assistants, they treat you and your fur baby with love and compassion…if you need top quality I refer you to Chateau.
Amazing Doctors and Staff. Well educated and created an excellent patient experience. Sammy (my doggy) was comfortable within minus of her visit. Doctors took the time to explain the procedures and processes of the care plan as well as answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend this facility. 5 out of 5 star rating.
Very professional. Very supportive for us in a very difficult situation. Dr. Brown, Tina, and Daniel are the best. Plus a big thank you to the rest of the staff.
The vet and staff are amazing. Our dog had kidney failure yesterday and we had to put him down so he wouldn’t suffer. The staff and the vet explained everything to us and what to expect. Done a wonderful job with helping us with the cremation and caring for our dog as if it were their own dog.
I have had 2 visits with 2 different dogs since AMS closed. I am very pleased with what I have experienced so far. Excellent Vets and Techs. It is worth the drive from the west side.
Dr. Rolf makes sure he understands your pet’s problem and needs, and he does anything needed to get them feeling better. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Definitely recommend! The staff are always friendly and laid back. What I like about them the most is that the vet is very thorough and goes into great detail about potential issues with my cat and takes time to explain everything. He even discovered a heart murmur that my current primary vet never noticed. I am considering making him my primary vet.
Thank You, Chateau, for getting Miles, our 3- year old Min-Pin mix, in for a checkup yesterday. He started a slight moan or cry when we would pick him up. We called in, early, explaining his symptoms and they worked him into the schedule at the end of the day. Dr. Caroline Christmas was able to diagnose his problem quickly. He is on some meds and rest for 30 days and already seems to be feeling better. We were very pleased they were able to get him the same day. Miles and our other dog Maizey are regular patients at Chateau and they are always well taken care of. I would highly recommend Chateau Dog and Cat Hospital.
